A Boy and His Dream is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) charity that supports underserved youth.

A Boy and His Dream focuses their charitable giving on two pillars: 

Underserved Youth in Chicago and Underserved Youth in Nigeria. All of the board members are volunteers; therefore, 95% of the money they fundraise goes straight to the programs and charitable giving they offer. 

For the underserved schoolchildren in Nigeria, A Boy and His Dream builds playgrounds, deliver meals, school supplies, and stuffed animals. In March 2023, A Boy and His Dream built a giant playground and delivered 50,000 meals, stuffed animals, and school supplies to the 200+ schoolchildren of the village of Ekpoma. For the underserved youth in Chicago, A Boy and His Dream offers a scholarship program where they provide scholarship money for college education and direct 1:1 mentorship. The scholarships are awarded, and the mentors are assigned to the students in July. In May each year, students can apply here.
